COACHING + RESOURCES

Learn how I took my wedding floral business from being the “budget-friendly” option, to being featured in Southern Bride Magazine and  continually booking 5-figure wedding packages.

Hey there, I’m Stephanie Lang, owner and founder of The Lavender Vine and Lang Floral Designs. When I got started 10+ years ago, I knew I designed beautiful things, but I had NO business knowledge. A couple of years in, I was burnt out and struggling to attract my ideal client…sound familiar?

Several years ago, I made some serious changes to my business to take back control, book the right weddings, and create a strategy for further growth.

By focusing on SEO, I took my wedding floral website from page 13 in a Google search to the top 1-3 spots on PAGE 1, when searching 'Chattanooga Wedding Florist'.

My Approach

Listen, I made every mistake in the book!  For years I didn’t pay myself a consistent salary, I took any work that came my way, I let me clients walk all over me, I dropped my prices in crippling fear, and I ran myself ragged trying to build this business into the dream career I hoped it could be.

After struggling for years and having two babies, I HAD to get serious and take back control. I already had a reputation of doing beautiful work. I just had to figure out how to attract and book the right clients!

After a relentless year of pivoting my entire business, I took back control and created a business structure that actually serves myself, my clients and my family well. Seriously, go read our reviews. My clients love working with us because I have a process down to make sure they’re highly impressed with us before we even show up with flowers on the day of their wedding.

Yes friend, it’s actually possible to own a business in the wedding industry and also have a good work-life balance! But it takes real strategic moves. I truly want that for you too.

“The best florist in the Chattanooga area! Stephanie paid close attention to my vision and made it way better than I could have imagined! She set things up personally and offered extra vases when needed. She worked with my budget and never made me feel bad for sticking to it (as many other florists did). Stephanie is a “must hire” if you want your wedding florals in good hands.”
