I’ve been in this business for over a decade, and let me tell you. I started out letting my clients run all over me. Whatever they wanted, they got. I didn’t have a firm process, therefor, didn’t have much confidence when talking about booking to brides. But several years ago, I got serious and took back the reins! Now, many of my former clients rave about our responsiveness and straight forward process, saying things like “they were my easiest vendor to work with”, or “I felt like I was their only client.” This doesn’t happen by accident. This is my Booking Process, which I’ve developed over the past 10+ years. It ensures that the client knows we’re in control, while also giving them the ease of knowing we’re confident, and that our process is already laid out, and that we’ll walk them through it every step of the way.
