Our semi-custom brand kits are a great way for small businesses on a budget to get a quality branding package designed by a professional, complete with all files, versions and assets you’ll need for a complete brand for your business!
Pre-designed branding kits with the wedding industry and female brands in mind. Choose (1) ONE to customize with your business name and any elements of the logo where letters fit together. We can also customize the color pallet if you would like, although the colors shown in each logo have been carefully selected to create a cohesive feel. One round of minor revisions after the initial customization of the design are included.

The Lavender Vine Service Contract
Bu purchasing this Semi-Custom Brand Kit, you (client) agree to the terms of this contract.
This Agreement is voluntarily entered into by and between Lang Designs LLC (doing business as The Lavender Vine), hereinafter referred to as the “Lang Designs LLC”, or “Designer” and CLIENT, hereinafter referred to as the “Client”.
ADDITIONAL SERVICES
If additional revisions or services are added beyond what is listed in quote, those will be billed at a $115 hourly rate.
OWNERSHIP
Preliminary concepts that don’t become the final design are retained as property of Lang Designs LLC (d/b/a The Lavender Vine). The client’s final logo and everything included in the final package of deliverables becomes the client’s property, once final payment is processed. Lang Designs LLC (d/b/a The Lavender Vine) reserves the right to use any design work done (preliminary or final) for portfolio, promotion, and advertising, 10 business days after final files are sent (unless a different timeline is specified by the client).
CLIENT RESPONSIBILITY FOR LEGAL COMPLIANCE
Client acknowledges and agrees that they are solely responsible for ensuring that their website complies with all applicable laws, regulations, and industry standards. This includes, but is not limited to, providing and maintaining accurate and legally compliant language such as cookie notices or pop-ups, privacy policies, terms of use, disclosures, refund or return policies, accessibility statements, and any other legally required notices or documentation.
Lang Designs LLC does not provide legal advice and is not responsible for drafting, reviewing, or ensuring the legal sufficiency of any website policies, notices, or compliance-related content. Client is encouraged to consult with a qualified attorney to ensure all required legal language is accurate and up to date.
PROJECT TERMINATION & SUSPENSION
Either Party—Lang Designs LLC (“Designer”) or the Client (“Client”)—may terminate the Project at any time, for any reason, by providing written notice to the other Party. The initial payment, whether designated as a deposit or retainer, is strictly non-refundable.
Upon termination by either Party, Designer shall provide Client with an itemized statement of all hours worked up to the date of termination, billed at a rate of $115 per hour. Any outstanding balance due from the Client, or any refund owed by the Designer (excluding the non-refundable initial payment), shall be payable within seven (7) days of the date the itemized statement is delivered to the Client.If the Client fails to respond or otherwise communicate with Designer for a period of thirty (30) consecutive days during an active Project, the Project shall be deemed “On Hold.” While On Hold, the Project is no longer considered active, and no further work will be performed. When the Client is ready to resume work, the Project will be placed back into the Designer’s schedule based on current workload and availability.

FORUM SELECTION CLAUSE
These terms and conditions shall be governed by the State of Tennessee and any dispute shall be finally resolved by the Tennessee courts.
